Terms and Conditions

1. All Indian citizens can participate in the quiz. / सभी भारतीय नागरिक क्विज़ में भाग ले सकते हैं।

2. The quiz will be available exclusively on the MyGov platform. / क्विज़ केवल MyGov प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर उपलब्ध  होगा।

3. Only one attempt is allowed per participant. / प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार भाग ले सकता है।

4. Participants must not refresh or close the window while playing. / खेलते समय प्रतिभागी पेज को रिफ्रेश या बंद न करें।

5. Participants must ensure their MyGov profile details are accurate. / प्रतिभागियों का MyGov प्रोफ़ाइल विवरण सही होना चाहिए।

6. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be considered invalid. / अपूर्ण या गलत प्रविष्टियाँ अमान्य मानी जाएँगी।

7. On successful completion, e-certificates will be auto-generated. / सफल पूर्णता पर ई-प्रमाणपत्र स्वतः जनरेट होगा।

8. Use of unfair means including impersonation will lead to disqualification. / प्रतिरूपण सहित किसी भी अनुचित साधन का उपयोग अयोग्यता का कारण बनेगा।

9. Organiser’s decision will be final and binding. / आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में, आयोजक किसी भी समय प्रतियोगिता की शर्तों में संशोधन या प्रतियोगिता रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।

11. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे जो तकनीकी त्रुटियों के कारण विलंबित, अधूरी, खोई हुई या गलत तरीके से प्रेषित हुई हैं। प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।

12. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / इस प्रतियोगिता से संबंधित सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली न्यायालय क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत आएंगी, और इस संबंध में होने वाले सभी खर्च प्रतिभागियों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।

13. By participating in the Quiz, the participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / क्विज़ में भाग लेते ही प्रतिभागी इसके सभी नियम व शर्तों, साथ ही किसी भी संशोधन या अपडेट को स्वीकार करने के लिए बाध्य होंगे।

14. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / इन नियमों और शर्तों का संचालन भारतीय कानूनों के अंतर्गत होगा और भारतीय न्यायपालिका के निर्णय ही मान्य होंगे।
