The Information Technology Department invites residents of Jammu and Kashmir to participate in the “Cleanliness” Quiz Contest. This engaging quiz, designed to commemorate JK Swachhta Pakhwada 2024, aims to deepen understanding of cleanliness and plantation for individual well-being and societal harmony. Participants will test their knowledge about cleanliness practices, their impact on personal health, and community development.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The quiz is being organised by the IT department of Jammu and Kashmir.
2. The quiz will have 15 (fifteen) multiple choice questions, each carrying one mark. A participant will get 10 (ten) minutes to complete the Quiz. There will be no negative marking.
3. These questions will be based on cleanliness and plantation.
4. All participants in this quiz will receive a participation certificate.
5. The quiz will start when the participant clicks the “Start Quiz” button.
6. The participant should ensure that his / her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since the Ministry will use this for further communication.
7. You will be required to provide your name, email address, and telephone number. By submitting your contact details, you give consent to these details being used for the Quiz.
8. One participant can participate only once.
9. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the quiz at any time. To avoid doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
11. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time
12. The organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant to be detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz
13. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous.
14. The organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary
16. By participating in the quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions, mentioned above.
