Terms and Conditions

1. All Indian Citizens can participate in the quiz / सभी भारतीय नागरिक क्विज़ में भाग ले सकते हैं।

2. The Quiz will have 10 multiple choice questions, each carrying one mark. A participant will get 5 minutes to complete the Quiz. There will be no negative marking. / क्विज़ में 10 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे, प्रत्येक प्रश्न एक अंक का होगा। एक प्रतिभागी को क्विज़ पूरा करने के लिए 5 मिनट मिलेंगे। कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।  

3. All participants of this Quiz will receive a participation certificate. / इस क्विज़ के सभी प्रतिभागियों को एक भागीदारी प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त होगा।  

4. The quiz will start when the participant clicks the “Start Quiz” button. / जब प्रतिभागी “स्टार्ट क्विज़” बटन पर क्लिक करेगा तो क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगा।  

5. The participant should ensure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated, as the details provided will be used for further communication. / प्रतिभागी को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उसकी माईगव प्रोफ़ाइल सही और अपडेटेड है क्योंकि आगे के संचार के लिए इन्हीं विवरणों का उपयोग किया जाएगा।  

6. You will be required to provide your name, email address, and telephone number. By submitting your contact details, you give consent to these details being used for the Quiz. / आपको अपना नाम, ईमेल पता और टेलीफोन नंबर प्रदान करना आवश्यक होगा। अपना संपर्क विवरण सबमिट करके, आप क्विज़ में इन विवरणों के उपयोग के लिए सहमति देते हैं।  

7. One Participant can participate only once. / एक प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार ही भाग ले सकता है।   

8. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note that proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हैं, देर से, अधूरी हैं या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक के उचित नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रसारित नहीं हुई हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।   

9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. To avoid doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजक किसी भी समय क्विज़ में संशोधन करने या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। संदेह से बचने के लिए, इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।  

10. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time. / प्रतिभागी को समय-समय पर क्विज़ में भाग लेने के सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करना होगा।  

11. Organisers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. / यदि आयोजक किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या सहयोग को क्विज़ या आयोजकों या क्विज़ के भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक मानते हैं, तो किसी भी प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित करने या भागीदारी से इनकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।   

12. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous. / यदि आयोजकों द्वारा प्राप्त जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत है तो पंजीकरण रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।  

13. Organiser’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।  

14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary. / ये नियम और शर्तें भारतीय न्यायपालिका के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी।  

15. By Participating in the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, mentioned above. / क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित इन नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनसे बंधा हुआ है।
