Paris Olympics 2024 – Engaging India in the Spirit of the Games
The 33rd edition of the Olympics, the Paris Olympics 2024, is set to take place from 26th July to 11th August in Paris. This year, India will be represented by a strong contingent of around 115+ athletes. To extend our moral support and create awareness among our countrymen about the Olympics and India’s participation, we have decided to launch an engaging quiz.
This quiz will cover both past and current Olympics and athletes, featuring multiple-choice questions where participants must select the correct answer. Upon successful completion, each participant will be awarded a certificate marking their participation.
Gratification:
Top 50 participants will have the chance to win the Indian Team fan jersey, and Top 2 participants will get the opportunity to meet their favourite Olympian (Online/In Person to be declared)..
33वें ओलंपिक्स, पेरिस ओलंपिक्स 2024, का आयोजन 26 जुलाई से 11 अगस्त तक पेरिस में होगा। इस वर्ष, भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व 115+ एथलीटों द्वारा किया जाएगा। ओलंपिक्स और भारत की भागीदारी के बारे में हमारे देशवासियों के बीच जागरूकता बढ़ाने और नैतिक समर्थन देने के लिए, हमने एक रोमांचक क्विज़ लॉन्च करने का निर्णय लिया है।
यह क्विज़ पिछले और वर्तमान ओलंपिक्स और एथलीटों पर आधारित होगा, जिसमें बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे जिनमें प्रतिभागियों को सही उत्तर चुनना होगा। सफलतापूर्वक क्विज़ पूरा करने पर, प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को उनकी भागीदारी का प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा।
पुरस्कार:
शीर्ष 50 प्रतिभागियों को भारतीय टीम के फैन जर्सी जीतने का मौका मिलेगा, और शीर्ष 2 प्रतिभागियों को अपने पसंदीदा ओलंपियन से मिलने का अवसर मिलेगा (ऑनलाइन/व्यक्तिगत रूप से घोषित किया जाएगा)।
1. The quiz is being organised by the Sports Authority of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (MYAS), Government of India in collaboration with the MyGov platform. / इस क्विज़ का आयोजन भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण, युवा मामले एवं खेल मंत्रालय (MYAS), भारत सरकार द्वारा MyGov प्लेटफॉर्म के सहयोग से किया जा रहा है।
2. Access to the quiz will only be through the MyGov platform and no other channel. / क्विज़ तक पहुंच केवल MyGov प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से ही संभव होगी और किसी अन्य चैनल से नहीं।
3. The following terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgements of the Indian judicial system. Entry to quiz will be open from 8th July 2024 till 25th July 2024. / निम्नलिखित नियम और शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों और भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा शासित होंगी। क्विज़ में प्रवेश 8 जुलाई 2024 से 25 जुलाई 2024 तक खुला रहेगा।
4. Participants will be required to answer 10 questions within a span of 180 seconds. / प्रतिभागियों को 180 सेकंड के भीतर 10 प्रश्नों का उत्तर देना होगा।
5. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Start Quiz’ button. / क्विज़ तब शुरू होगा जब प्रतिभागी ‘स्टार्ट क्विज़’ बटन पर क्लिक करेगा।
6. Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार जमा की गई प्रविष्टियाँ वापस नहीं ली जा सकतीं।
7. Questions contained within the quiz will be based on publicly available information on past and current Olympics and athletes. / क्विज़ में शामिल प्रश्न पिछले और वर्तमान ओलंपिक और एथलीटों पर सार्वजनिक रूप से उपलब्ध जानकारी पर आधारित होंगे।
8. Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and additional details as required by the entry form. / प्रतिभागियों को अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और प्रविष्टि फॉर्म द्वारा मांगी गई अतिरिक्त जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी।
9. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to the MyGov platform and MYAS to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the quiz competition, which may include confirmation of participant details, announcement of winners, and disbursement of awards. / अपनी जानकारी जमा करके और क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी MyGov प्लेटफॉर्म और MYAS को इस जानकारी का उपयोग करने के लिए सहमति देते हैं ताकि क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के संचालन की सुविधा मिल सके, जिसमें प्रतिभागी विवरण की पुष्टि, विजेताओं की घोषणा, और पुरस्कार वितरण शामिल हो सकता है।
10. Participants can only enter the quiz competition once. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted and considered. / प्रतिभागी केवल एक बार क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता में प्रवेश कर सकते हैं। एक ही प्रतिभागी की एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी और न ही मानी जाएंगी।
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organisers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में, आयोजक किसी भी समय प्रतियोगिता की शर्तों और नियमों में संशोधन करने या प्रतियोगिता को रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।
12. The organisers reserve the rights to disqualify participants, refuse entry, or discard entries, if such instances or participation is considered to be detrimental to the competition, or additionally, any entry will be considered void if the information submitted is illegible, incomplete, false, or erroneous. / आयोजक प्रतिभागियों को अयोग्य घोषित करने, प्रवेश को अस्वीकार करने या प्रविष्टियों को खारिज करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, यदि ऐसी घटनाएं या भागीदारी प्रतियोगिता के लिए हानिकारक मानी जाती हैं, या इसके अतिरिक्त, कोई भी प्रविष्टि अमान्य मानी जाएगी यदि प्रस्तुत जानकारी अपठनीय, अपूर्ण, झूठी या त्रुटिपूर्ण है।
13. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizers’ reasonable. / आयोजक किसी भी खोई हुई, देर से, अपूर्ण प्रविष्टियों या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रेषित नहीं हुई प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे।
14. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि का जमा करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है। प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ प्रतियोगिता के सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा, जिसमें कोई संशोधन या आगे के अपडेट शामिल हैं।
15. Organiser’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
16. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above-mentioned terms and conditions. / क्विज़ में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लेखित नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं और उनका पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।
