Terms and Conditions

1. The Quiz is being organized by All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), an autonomous institute under Ministry of Ayush the occasion of Ayurveda day 2024 on Mygov. / प्रश्नोत्तरी का आयोजन आयुष मंत्रालय के तहत एक स्वायत्त संस्थान अखिल भारतीय आयुर्वेद संस्थान (एआईआईए) द्वारा आयुर्वेद दिवस 2024 के अवसर पर Mygov पर किया जा रहा है।

2. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हैं, देर से या अधूरी हैं या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक के उचित नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रेषित नहीं की गई हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि प्रस्तुत करने का प्रमाण उसी की प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।

3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजकों को किसी भी समय प्रश्नोत्तरी में संशोधन या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। संदेह से बचने के लिए, इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।  

4. By entering the Quiz, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / प्रश्नोत्तरी में प्रवेश करके, प्रवेशकर्ता ऊपर उल्लिखित इन नियमों और शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए स्वीकार करता है और सहमत होता है।

5. Participants are required to update their details like name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz and promotions by AIIA. / प्रतिभागियों को अपना विवरण जैसे नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और डाक पता अपडेट करना आवश्यक है । अपना संपर्क विवरण जमा करके, आप एआईआईए द्वारा प्रश्नोत्तरी और प्रचार के उद्देश्य से उपयोग किए जा रहे इन विवरणों के लिए सहमति देंगे।

6. AIIA at its discretion can review/ change the Terms and conditions of the quiz upon analysis of quiz participation data. / एआईआईए अपने विवेकानुसार प्रश्नोत्तरी भागीदारी डेटा के विश्लेषण पर प्रश्नोत्तरी के नियमों और शर्तों की समीक्षा /बदलाव करने का अधिकार रखता है।

7. All participants will be given a digital Certificate of Participation. / सभी प्रतिभागियों को भागीदारी का डिजिटल प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाएगा।
