India’s Targeted Public Distribution System, under the National Food Security Act, 2013 (NFSA) is the largest public food-security program in the world. The government provides a big boost to the growth of food processing sector in the country helping thereby the farmers in getting better prices for their produces due to higher demand for agricultural produce by the food processing industries as raw material.
As a part of World Food Day being celebrated every year on 16th October, Ministry of Food Processing Industries in coordination with MyGov is hosting an online quiz on “Anna Devo Bhava – Food for All” from 16th October, 2022 to 7th November, 2022 to create awareness among youth and masses about the food safety and different aspects of food which is, food for marginalized, food as a purifier, food as spirituality, food for the healthy, etc.
Salient Featues
* The quiz will be in bilingual format i.e. in Hindi and English.
* Duration of the quiz will be 5 minutes (300 Seconds), during which a maximum of 20 questions can be answered.
राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2013 (एनएफएसए) के तहत भारत की योजनाबद्ध उपभोक्ता केंद्रित सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा सार्वजनिक खाद्य सुरक्षा कार्यक्रम है। केंद्र सरकार देश में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण क्षेत्र के विकास को प्रोत्साहन दे रही है, जिससे किसानों को खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योगों द्वारा कच्चे माल के रूप में कृषि उत्पादों की अधिक मांग के कारण उनकी उपज का बेहतर मूल्य प्राप्त करने में मदद मिल सके।
हर साल 16 अक्टूबर को मनाए जाने वाले विश्व खाद्य दिवस के एक हिस्से के रूप में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग मंत्रालय, माईगव के सहयोग से 16 अक्टूबर, 2022 से लेकर 7 नवंबर, 2022 के बीच खाद्य सुरक्षा और भोजन के विभिन्न पहलुओं जैसे वंचितों के लिए भोजन, शोधक के रूप में भोजन, भोजन का आध्यात्मिक महत्व एवं स्वस्थ के लिए भोजन आदि विषयों पर देशवासियों के बीच जागरूकता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से “अन्न देवो भव – सभी के लिए भोजन” थीम पर एक ऑनलाइन क्विज आयोजित कर रहा है।
प्रमुख विशेषताएं:
* प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता द्विभाषी प्रारूप में हिंदी और अंग्रेजी भाषा में होगा।
* प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता की अवधि 5 मिनट (300 सेकंड) होगी, जिसके दौरान अधिकतम 20 प्रश्नों के उत्तर दिए जा सकते हैं।
1. An individual is permitted to participate only once in the quiz. / किसी व्यक्ति को प्रश्नोत्तरी में केवल एक बार भाग लेने की अनुमति है।
2. The quiz will be available for all contestants for the period of 5 minutes. / क्विज 5 मिनट की अवधि के लिए सभी प्रतियोगियों के लिए उपलब्ध होगा।
3. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी स्टार्ट क्विज बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज शुरू हो जाएगा।
4. You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz. / आपको अपना नाम, ईमेल, टेलीफोन नंबर और डाक पता प्रदान करना होगा। अपना संपर्क विवरण सबमिट करके, आप क्विज के उद्देश्य के लिए उपयोग किए जा रहे इन विवरणों के लिए सहमति देंगे।
5. Same mobile number and same Email ID cannot be used more than once for participation in the quiz. / प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के लिए एक ही मोबाइल नंबर और एक ही ईमेल आईडी का एक से अधिक बार उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता है।
6. Employees, directly or indirectly, connected with organizing the quiz are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members. / प्रतियोगिता के आयोजन से जुड़े प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से कर्मचारी, प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं। यह नियम उनके परिवार के सदस्यों पर भी लागू होगी।
7. Bonafede documents (proof of identity, age, address and bank details etc.), will be required to be submitted by the winners after announcement of the result of the quiz. Non-furnishing of the above information/ documents at appropriate stage will render the selection null and void. / बोनाफाइड दस्तावेज़ (पहचान, उम्र, पता और बैंक विवरण का प्रमाण), प्रश्नोत्तरी के परिणाम की घोषणा के बाद विजेताओं द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया जाना आवश्यक है। उपरोक्त जानकारी / दस्तावेजों के गैर-प्रस्तुत करने से चयन शून्य और शून्य हो जाएगा।
8. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/ malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc. during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard. / इस प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने वाले किसी प्रतिभागी को किसी भी तरह का अनुचित साधन/फर्जी साधन या फिर गलत आचरण करने के अलावा किसी भी तरह की द्वंद या या एक ही व्यक्ति के द्वारा एक से अधिक सहभागिता की पुष्टि होने पर परिणाम को शून्य घोषित कर दिया जायेगा जिसका मतलब अस्वीकृति होगी। इस क्विज के व्यवस्थापक या उनके सहयोगी को ये अधिकार प्राप्त होगा।
9. Organisers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous. / आयोजकों के पास किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी को अयोग्य ठहराने या अस्वीकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं, जो क्विज़ या आयोजकों या क्विज़ के भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक है। यदि आयोजकों द्वारा प्राप्त जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अपूर्ण, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत पाई जाती है, तो पंजीकरण अमान्य हो जाएगा।
10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary. / ये नियम और शर्तें भारतीय न्यायपालिका के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी।
11. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / क्विज में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित इन नियमों और शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए स्वीकार करता है और सहमति जताता है।
