Terms and Conditions

1. MyGov reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Quiz and/ or the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the platform.
2. This is a timed quiz with 5 questions to be answered in 45 seconds.
3. The quiz will be in English and Hindi.
4. The quiz is open to all Indian Citizens.
5. MyGov holds the right to disqualify participation of any user for any misconduct or improprieties.
6. An individual can only participate once in the quiz.
7. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
8. The same mobile number and same email address cannot be used more than once to participate in the quiz.
9. Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and additional details as required in the entry form. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to the MyGov platform to facilitate the information for the better conduct of the quiz competition.
10. A Certificate of Participation will be generated to the user on completion of the quiz.
11. The following terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgements of the Indian judicial system.
