Terms and Conditions

1. All Indian Citizens can participate in the quiz. 

2. The selection of winners shall be conducted through a system-generated automated randomization process to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants securing the highest score and submitting their responses within the prescribed time limit shall be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners shall be selected solely through the automated randomization process.

3. An individual is permitted to participate only once in each of the quizzes. 

4. Top 3 participants would be issued e-invitation from Ministry of Defence for witnessing Independence Day Ceremony-2026 at Red Fort, Delhi.

5. The top 3 participants, selected for issuing e-invitation for Independence Day Celebrations-2026 at Red Fort, Delhi are requested to provide mandatory details. 

6. Participant will, therefore, require to provide only valid e-mail & mobile as further correspondence, if any, seeking the details for issuing e-Invitation & payment of winning prize will only be made via e-mail. Therefore, participant is requested to keep regular watch on his/her e-mail.

7. One mobile number & one email ID cannot be used by more than one participant for one quiz at a time.

8. On receipt of e-mail or call from BARC winners will require to submit requisite documents for releasing winning prize/payment viz. ID proof & Bank Details, copy of cancelled cheque etc.

9. It may be noted that all the expenses related to travel, lodging, food etc. to visit Delhi for witnessing Independence Day Ceremony at Red Fort, Delhi on 15th August, 2026 will be borne by the individual himself/herself.

10. However, traveling in Delhi Metro toward to & fro journey for witnessing the Parade will be free of charge on showing e-invitation at any of Delhi Metro Station.

11. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/ malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc. during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard.

12. Employees, directly or indirectly connected with organizing the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members.

13. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.

14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MyGov reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. This includes the ability to change these terms and conditions, for the avoidance of doubt. Participants are expected to check of the website for all the updates. 

15. The decision of organizers on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. 

16. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.

17. By participating in the Quiz, the participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates.
