Terms and Conditions

1. Quiz is open for all Indian Citizens.

2. Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’.

3. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. 

4. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 300 seconds. There will be no negative marking.

5. The questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process.

6. The winner selection process is fully system-driven and conducted digitally. Participants are ranked based on their scores, with those achieving the highest marks in the shortest time being selected as winners. In cases where multiple participants obtain the same score and complete the quiz in the same amount of time, the system automatically applies a randomization process to determine the final ranking among those participants. No manual intervention is involved at any stage of the winner selection process, ensuring complete transparency and fairness.

7. The participant should ensure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since the Department/ Ministry would use this for further communication. Non-furnishing of the information at the appropriate stage will render the selection null and void. 

8. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard.

9. Employees, directly or indirectly connected with organizing the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members.

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship & MyGov reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered. 

11. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. 

12. Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.

13. By participating in the quiz, the participant accepts the above-mentioned terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them, including any amendments or future updates

14. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system.
