As part of the 41st Foundation Day celebrations of Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), the Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens across the country to participate in the “Know Your PFC – India’s Power Finance Champion Quiz.”
Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) is one of India’s leading Public Sector Enterprises and the country’s premier infrastructure finance institution dedicated to the power sector. For over four decades, PFC has played a pivotal role in financing and strengthening India’s power ecosystem by supporting electricity generation, transmission, distribution, rural electrification, renewable energy, and emerging clean energy initiatives. Its continued contribution has helped accelerate India’s journey towards energy security, universal electricity access, sustainable development, and the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047.
The quiz aims to enhance public awareness about PFC’s remarkable contribution to India’s power sector, its role in financing critical infrastructure, promoting renewable energy, supporting power sector reforms, and enabling the nation’s clean energy transition. Participants will also gain valuable insights into India’s energy landscape, energy conservation, sustainability, and the country’s commitment towards building a resilient, self-reliant, and energy-secure future.

पावर फाइनेंस कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (PFC), अपने 41वें स्थापना दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में MyGov के सहयोग से देशभर के नागरिकों को “भारत की पावर फाइनेंस चैंपियन PFC को जानिए – क्विज़” में भाग लेने के लिए आमंत्रित करता है।
पावर फाइनेंस कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (PFC) भारत सरकार का एक अग्रणी सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र उपक्रम तथा देश का प्रमुख विद्युत क्षेत्र अवसंरचना वित्तपोषण संस्थान है। पिछले चार दशकों से अधिक समय से PFC विद्युत उत्पादन, पारेषण, वितरण, ग्रामीण विद्युतीकरण, नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा तथा उभरती स्वच्छ ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं के वित्तपोषण के माध्यम से भारत के ऊर्जा क्षेत्र को सुदृढ़ बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है। PFC का योगदान भारत की ऊर्जा सुरक्षा, सभी के लिए बिजली की उपलब्धता, सतत विकास तथा विकसित भारत@2047 के राष्ट्रीय लक्ष्य को गति प्रदान कर रहा है।
इस क्विज़ का उद्देश्य नागरिकों के बीच भारत के विद्युत क्षेत्र के विकास में PFC के योगदान, ऊर्जा अवसंरचना के वित्तपोषण, नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा को बढ़ावा देने, विद्युत क्षेत्र सुधारों तथा स्वच्छ ऊर्जा परिवर्तन में इसकी भूमिका के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना है। साथ ही प्रतिभागियों को भारत के ऊर्जा क्षेत्र, ऊर्जा संरक्षण, सतत विकास तथा ऊर्जा-सुरक्षित एवं आत्मनिर्भर भारत के निर्माण से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियाँ प्राप्त करने का अवसर मिलेगा।

Terms and Conditions
1. The Quiz is open to all Indian citizens.
/ यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।
2. The Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button.
/ प्रतिभागी द्वारा ‘Play Quiz’ पर क्लिक करते ही क्विज़ प्रारंभ हो जाएगी।
3. Each participant must answer a maximum of 15 questions within the prescribed time limit of 10 minutes. There shall be no negative marking.
/ प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को निर्धारित 10 मिनट की समय-सीमा के भीतर अधिकतम 15 प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने होंगे। इसमें कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।
4. Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted.
/ एक बार प्रविष्टि जमा करने के बाद उसे वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता। एक ही प्रतिभागी द्वारा एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।
5. Discovery, detection, or notice of the use of any unfair means, malpractice, impersonation, duplicate participation, or any other fraudulent activity during participation in the Quiz shall result in immediate disqualification.
/ क्विज़ में भाग लेते समय किसी भी प्रकार के अनुचित साधनों, कदाचार, प्रतिरूपण, दोहरी भागीदारी अथवा अन्य किसी धोखाधड़ीपूर्ण गतिविधि का पता चलने पर प्रतिभागिता तत्काल निरस्त कर दी जाएगी।
6. Employees of Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), Ministry of Power, MyGov, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Quiz.
/ पावर फाइनेंस कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (PFC), विद्युत मंत्रालय, MyGov तथा उनके निकटतम परिवार के सदस्य इस क्विज़ में भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं।
7. The selection of winners shall be conducted through a system-generated automated randomization process to ensure fairness and transparency. All participants securing the highest score and submitting their responses within the prescribed time limit shall be included in a centralized pool of eligible entries. Winners shall be selected solely through the automated randomization process.
/ विजेताओं का चयन निष्पक्षता एवं पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु सिस्टम द्वारा जनरेट की गई स्वचालित रैंडमाइज़ेशन (यादृच्छिक) प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। सर्वाधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले तथा निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर अपने उत्तर प्रस्तुत करने वाले सभी प्रतिभागियों को पात्र प्रविष्टियों के केंद्रीकृत समूह में शामिल किया जाएगा। विजेताओं का चयन केवल स्वचालित रैंडमाइज़ेशन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।
8. The organizers shall not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not transmitted due to technical issues, computer errors, network failures, or any other reasons beyond their reasonable control. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be considered proof of receipt by the organizers.
/ आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे जो तकनीकी समस्याओं, कंप्यूटर त्रुटियों, नेटवर्क विफलताओं अथवा आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से बाहर किसी अन्य कारण से खो गई हों, विलंबित हों, अधूरी हों या प्राप्त न हुई हों। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, आयोजकों द्वारा उसके प्राप्त होने का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।
9. Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), Ministry of Power, Government of India, and MyGov reserve the right to take the final decision in all matters relating to the Quiz.
/ क्विज़ से संबंधित सभी मामलों में अंतिम निर्णय का अधिकार पावर फाइनेंस कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (PFC), विद्युत मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार तथा MyGov के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा।
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Quiz at any stage without prior notice.
/ अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में पावर फाइनेंस कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (PFC) को बिना पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी समय नियम एवं शर्तों में संशोधन करने अथवा क्विज़ को रद्द करने का अधिकार होगा।
11. The decision of Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) and MyGov regarding the Quiz shall be final and binding, and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
/ क्विज़ से संबंधित पावर फाइनेंस कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (PFC) तथा MyGov का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा तथा इस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
12. All disputes and legal proceedings arising out of the Quiz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi only. Expenses incurred in this regard shall be borne by the respective parties themselves.
/ क्विज़ से उत्पन्न सभी विवाद एवं कानूनी कार्यवाहियाँ केवल दिल्ली स्थित सक्षम न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आएंगी। इस संबंध में होने वाले सभी व्यय संबंधित पक्ष स्वयं वहन करेंगे।
13. By participating in the Quiz, participants agree to abide by all the Terms and Conditions of the Quiz, including any amendments or updates issued from time to time by Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) and MyGov. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the decisions of the Indian judicial system.
/ क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी सभी नियम एवं शर्तों तथा समय-समय पर पावर फाइनेंस कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (PFC) एवं MyGov द्वारा जारी किसी भी संशोधन अथवा अद्यतन का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होंगे। ये नियम एवं शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों तथा भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों के अधीन होंगी।
