Terms and Conditions

1. The Quiz is open to Indian citizens aged 18 years and above. Employees of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), BSE Investors Protection Fund (permanent and contractual), service providers registered with IBBI under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Participants must self-certify their eligibility and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. / 
यह क्विज़ 18 वर्ष एवं उससे अधिक आयु के भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है। भारतीय दिवाला एवं शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड (IBBI), BSE Investors Protection Fund (स्थायी एवं संविदात्मक) में कार्यरत कर्मचारी, दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता संहिता, 2016 के अंतर्गत IBBI के साथ पंजीकृत सेवा प्रदाता तथा उनके निकटतम परिवार के सदस्य इसमें भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं। प्रतिभागियों को स्वयं यह प्रमाणित करना होगा कि वे पात्र हैं तथा इन नियमों एवं शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं।

2. Participants must register on the MyGov portal using a valid mobile number and email ID before taking the Quiz. Only one entry per participant shall be accepted. In case of multiple entries using the same mobile number or email ID, only the first entry shall be considered. / 
प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ में भाग लेने से पूर्व MyGov पोर्टल पर वैध मोबाइल नंबर एवं ईमेल आईडी के माध्यम से पंजीकरण करना अनिवार्य है। प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी की केवल एक ही प्रविष्टि स्वीकार की जाएगी। एक ही मोबाइल नंबर अथवा ईमेल आईडी से एकाधिक प्रविष्टियाँ प्राप्त होने पर केवल पहली प्रविष्टि ही मान्य होगी।

3. The Quiz is available in both English and Hindi. Participants may choose their preferred language. / 
क्विज़ अंग्रेज़ी एवं हिंदी दोनों भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है। प्रतिभागी अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार किसी भी भाषा का चयन कर सकते हैं।

4. The Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’ button. The Quiz consists of 20 multiple-choice questions, each carrying one mark, to be answered within 10 minutes. There shall be no negative marking. / 
प्रतिभागी द्वारा ‘Play Quiz’ पर क्लिक करते ही क्विज़ प्रारंभ हो जाएगी। क्विज़ में 20 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे, प्रत्येक प्रश्न एक अंक का होगा तथा इसे 10 मिनट के भीतर पूरा करना होगा। इसमें कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।

5. Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn or modified. /
एक बार प्रविष्टि जमा करने के बाद उसे वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता तथा उसमें कोई संशोधन नहीं किया जा सकता।

6. Discovery, detection, or notice of the use of any unfair means, malpractice, impersonation, duplicate participation, or any other fraudulent activity during participation in the Quiz shall result in immediate disqualification. /
क्विज़ में भाग लेते समय किसी भी प्रकार के अनुचित साधनों, कदाचार, प्रतिरूपण, दोहरी भागीदारी अथवा अन्य किसी धोखाधड़ीपूर्ण गतिविधि का पता चलने पर प्रतिभागिता तत्काल निरस्त कर दी जाएगी।

7. After the closure of the Quiz and before the declaration of results, winners shall be required to submit valid supporting documents as proof of identity, age, and address. Failure to furnish the required documents within the stipulated time shall render the selection null and void, and the next eligible participant shall be considered. Further, winners of cash prizes in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th National Online Quiz on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, organised by IBBI in previous years, shall not be eligible for cash prizes in this edition of the Quiz. / 
क्विज़ समाप्त होने के उपरांत तथा परिणाम घोषित होने से पूर्व विजेताओं को पहचान, आयु एवं पते के प्रमाण के रूप में आवश्यक वैध दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने होंगे। निर्धारित समय के भीतर आवश्यक दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत न करने पर उनका चयन निरस्त माना जाएगा तथा अगले पात्र प्रतिभागी का चयन किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त, IBBI द्वारा पूर्व वर्षों में आयोजित प्रथम, द्वितीय, तृतीय, चतुर्थ, पंचम एवं षष्ठ राष्ट्रीय ऑनलाइन दिवाला एवं शोधन अक्षमता संहिता प्रश्नोत्तरी के नकद पुरस्कार विजेता इस संस्करण में नकद पुरस्कार प्राप्त करने के पात्र नहीं होंगे।

8. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), and MyGov reserve the right to take the final decision in all matters relating to the Quiz. In case of any dispute, the decision of IBBI shall be final and binding. /
क्विज़ से संबंधित सभी मामलों में अंतिम निर्णय का अधिकार भारतीय दिवाला एवं शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड (IBBI), तथा MyGov के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा। किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में IBBI का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा।

9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Quiz at any stage without prior notice. / 
अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में भारतीय दिवाला एवं शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड (IBBI) को बिना पूर्व सूचना दिए किसी भी समय नियम एवं शर्तों में संशोधन करने अथवा क्विज़ को रद्द करने का अधिकार होगा।

10. The organizers shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not transmitted due to technical issues, computer errors, network failures, or any other reasons beyond their reasonable control. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be treated as proof of its receipt by the organizers. /
आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे जो तकनीकी समस्याओं, कंप्यूटर त्रुटियों, नेटवर्क विफलताओं अथवा आयोजकों के नियंत्रण से बाहर किसी अन्य कारणवश खो जाएँ, विलंबित हों, अधूरी हों या प्राप्त न हों। प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, आयोजकों द्वारा उसके प्राप्त होने का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।

11. All disputes and legal proceedings arising out of the Quiz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi only. Expenses incurred in this regard shall be borne by the respective parties themselves. /
क्विज़ से उत्पन्न सभी विवाद एवं कानूनी कार्यवाहियाँ केवल दिल्ली स्थित सक्षम न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आएंगी। इस संबंध में होने वाले सभी व्यय संबंधित पक्ष स्वयं वहन करेंगे।

12. By participating in the Quiz, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the decisions of the Indian judicial system. /
क्विज़ में भाग लेकर प्रतिभागी यह पुष्टि करते हैं कि उन्होंने इन नियमों एवं शर्तों को पढ़ लिया है, समझ लिया है तथा उन्हें स्वीकार किया है। ये नियम एवं शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों तथा भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों के अधीन होंगी।
