Substance use, the excessive and addictive nonmedical use of drugs, leads to severe social, psychological, and physical issues. It has become a serious societal issue, leading to the deterioration of individuals’ health. The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJE), Government of India, launched the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA) on 15th August 2020 to combat drug demand. As the nodal ministry for drug demand reduction, it coordinates various initiatives, including prevention, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, aftercare, public information dissemination, and community awareness. NMBA initially targeted 272 vulnerable districts and has expanded nationwide, reaching over 27+ crore individuals, including 10+ crore youth, 06+ crore women. As NMBA is entering into its seventh year, the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, in collaboration with MyGov, is organising a quiz.
मादक पदार्थों का सेवन, अर्थात् दवाओं/नशीले पदार्थों का अत्यधिक एवं व्यसनी गैर-चिकित्सीय उपयोग, गंभीर सामाजिक, मनोवैज्ञानिक एवं शारीरिक समस्याओं को जन्म देता है। यह एक गंभीर सामाजिक समस्या बन चुकी है, जिसके कारण व्यक्तियों के स्वास्थ्य में गिरावट आ रही है। मादक पदार्थों की मांग को कम करने के उद्देश्य से भारत सरकार के सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय (MoSJE) ने 15 अगस्त 2020 को नशा मुक्त भारत अभियान (NMBA) की शुरुआत की। मादक पदार्थों की मांग में कमी लाने हेतु नोडल मंत्रालय के रूप में, यह रोकथाम, मूल्यांकन, उपचार, पुनर्वास, अनुवर्ती देखभाल (Aftercare), जन-सूचना प्रसार तथा सामुदायिक जागरूकता सहित विभिन्न पहलों का समन्वय करता है। एनएमबीए ने प्रारंभ में 272 संवेदनशील जिलों को लक्षित किया था और बाद में इसका विस्तार पूरे देश में किया गया। इस अभियान के माध्यम से 27+ करोड़ से अधिक व्यक्तियों तक पहुंच बनाई गई है, जिनमें 10+ करोड़ से अधिक युवा एवं 06+ करोड़ से अधिक महिलाएं शामिल हैं। जैसे ही नशा मुक्त भारत अभियान (NMBA) अपने सातवें वर्ष में प्रवेश कर रहा है, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय, MyGov के सहयोग से, एक क्विज़ का आयोजन कर रहे है।
1. The Quiz is being organised by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India in collaboration with MyGov. / इस क्विज़ का आयोजन सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा माईगव के सहयोग से किया जा रहा है।
2. Quiz is open to all Indian citizens / यह क्विज़ सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है ।
3. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 5 minutes (300 seconds) / यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज़ है जिसमें 10 प्रश्नों के उत्तर 5 मिनट (300 सेकंड) में देने होते हैं।
4. These questions will be based on Substance Use and Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan of the Ministry of Social Justice &Empowerment / ये प्रश्न मादक पदार्थ उपयोग और सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय के नशा मुक्त भारत अभियान पर आधारित होंगे।
5. The quiz will start when the participant clicks the “Play Quiz” button. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी ‘प्ले क्विज़’ बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।
6. You will be required to provide your name, email address, and telephone number. By submitting your contact details, you give consent to these details being used for the Quiz. / आपको अपना नाम, ईमेल पता और टेलीफोन नंबर देना होगा। अपनी संपर्क जानकारी सबमिट करके, आप इन जानकारी को सहमति देते हैं, जिनका इस्तेमाल क्विज़ के लिए किया जा रहा है।
7. One Participant can participate only once. / केवल एक प्रतिभागी एक बार भाग ले सकता है।
8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. To avoid doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित स्थिति में, आयोजकों के पास क्विज़ में किसी भी समय संशोधन करने या वापस लेने का अधिकार है। इसमें संदेह से बचने के लिए, इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।
9. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time. / प्रतिभागी क्विज़ में भाग लेने के समय-समय पर सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करेंगे।
10. Organisers reserve the right to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem the participation or association of any participant to be detrimental to the Quiz or the Organisers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous. / आयोजक को यह अधिकार प्राप्त है कि वे किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी को अयोग्य घोषित कर सकते हैं या उसे भाग लेने से मना कर सकते हैं, यदि उन्हें लगता है कि उस प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या उससे जुड़ाव क्विज़, आयोजकों या क्विज़ के साझेदारों के लिए हानिकारक हो सकता है। अगर आयोजकों को मिली जानकारी अवैध, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, गलत या त्रुटिपूर्ण है, तो रजिस्ट्रेशन अमान्य हो जाएंगे।
11. Organiser’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा, और इस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary. / ये नियम और शर्तें भारतीय न्यायपालिका के कानूनों द्वारा नियंत्रित होंगे।
13. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण, उसके प्राप्त होने का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।
14. All disputes / legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद / कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आएंगी। इस संबंध में होने वाले व्यय संबंधित पक्षों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।
15. By participating in the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / क्विज़ में भाग लेने से, प्रतिभागी ऊपर बताए गए इन नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनसे बाध्य होने के लिए सहमत होता है।
