Terms and Conditions

1. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / क्विज़ में प्रवेश सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।

2. Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’. / प्रतिभागी द्वारा ‘Play Quiz’ पर क्लिक करते ही क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगा।

3. The Quiz questions are designed carefully to assess the knowledge and understanding about values in sports for promotion of fair play and clean sports in country. / देश में निष्पक्ष और स्वच्छ खेलों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए खेलों में मूल्यों के बारे में ज्ञान और समझ का आकलन करने के लिए प्रश्नोत्तरी के प्रश्नों को सावधानीपूर्वक तैयार किया गया है।

4. The Quiz is available both in English and Hindi language./ क्विज अंग्रेजी और हिंदी दोनों भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है। 

5. All participants of this Quiz will receive a participation certificate. / इस क्विज के सभी प्रतिभागियों को भागीदारी का सर्टिफिकेट दिया जाएगा।

6. The Quiz will have 10 (ten) multiple choice questions, each carrying one mark. A participant will get 5 (five) minutes to complete the Quiz. There will be no negative marking. / क्विज में 10 (दस) बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे, जिनमें से प्रत्येक में एक अंक होगा। एक प्रतिभागी को क्विज़ पूरा करने के लिए 5 (पाँच) मिनट मिलेंगे। कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।

7. If participant is a first time user, he/she fills the required details for participation. By submitting the details and participating in the quiz, participants can be contacted if declared a winner. / यदि प्रतिभागी पहली बार उपयोगकर्ता है, तो वह भागीदारी के लिए आवश्यक विवरण भरता है। विवरण जमा करके और प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेकर, विजेता घोषित होने पर प्रतिभागियों से संपर्क किया जा सकता है।

8. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे जो तकनीकी त्रुटियों के कारण विलंबित, अधूरी, खोई हुई या गलत तरीके से प्रेषित हुई हैं। प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं माना जाएगा।

9. The organisers reserve the right to amend/cancel terms and conditions of the Quiz at any point of time as considered. / आयोजकों के पास किसी भी समय क्विज के नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन/रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है ।

10. Employees, directly or indirectly connected with organizers the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members./ क्विज़ के आयोजकों से सीधे या परोक्ष रूप से जुड़े कर्मचारी क्विज़ में भाग लेने के पात्र नहीं हैं। यह अयोग्यता उनके परिवार के निकटतम सदस्योें पर भी लागू होती है।

11. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard. / यदि किसी भी अनुचित या कपटपूर्ण तरीकों, जैसे कि प्रतिरूपण, दोहरी भागीदारी आदि का उपयोग किया जाता है, तो प्रतिभागिता अमान्य घोषित कर दी जाएगी। आयोजकों या उनकी ओर से कार्यरत किसी भी एजेंसी को इस संबंध में अंतिम निर्णय लेने का अधिकार होगा।

12. The decision of the organizers on the Quiz shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / इस क्विज़ पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी होगा, और इस पर कोई पत्राचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

13. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / इस प्रतियोगिता से संबंधित सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली न्यायालय क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत आएंगी, और इस संबंध में होने वाले सभी खर्च प्रतिभागियों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।

14. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / इन नियमों और शर्तों का संचालन भारतीय कानूनों के अंतर्गत होगा और भारतीय न्यायपालिका के निर्णय ही मान्य होंगे।

15. By participating in the Quiz, the participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates. / क्विज़ में भाग लेते ही प्रतिभागी इसके सभी नियम व शर्तों, साथ ही किसी भी संशोधन या अपडेट को स्वीकार करने के लिए बाध्य होंगे।
